Microbial dynamics in human hepatocellular carcinoma

Disparities in the composition and functionality of the hepatic microbiota between tumor tissues and adjacent normal liver tissues are implicated in the etiology of HCC. We analyzed to compare the hepatic microbiome between adjacent normal liver tissues and tumor tissues, categorized according to the modified Union for International Cancer Control (mUICC) staging system.

肿瘤组织与邻近正常肝组织之间的肝脏微生物群（hepatic microbiota）在组成与功能上的差异，与肝细胞癌（Hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC）的病因学密切相关。本研究分析对比了邻近正常肝组织与肿瘤组织的肝脏微生物组（hepatic microbiome），并依据改良版国际抗癌联盟（modified Union for International Cancer Control, mUICC）分期系统对样本进行分类。
