Pruning is a common forest-tending method; its purpose is to promote growth and improve the overall stand quality. Poplar is a fast-growing, broad-leaved tree species with high ecological and economic value. It is a common management method to promote its growth by pruning and adjusting the spatial structure of the stand, but its potential regulatory mechanism remains unclear.In this study, transcriptome and metabolome analysis were performed on the roots, stems and leaves under different pruning treatments. To analyze the expression of key regulatory genes and clarify the differences in the content of major metabolites.
修枝是一种常见的森林抚育措施,其目的在于促进林木生长并提升林分整体质量。杨树(Poplar)是一类速生阔叶树种,兼具较高的生态与经济价值。通过修枝调控林分空间结构以促进杨树生长,是当前常用的营林管理手段,但其潜在的调控机制仍不明确。本研究针对不同修枝处理下杨树的根、茎、叶开展转录组(transcriptome)与代谢组(metabolome)分析,旨在解析关键调控基因的表达特征,并明确主要代谢物的含量差异。
