Reconstructed 3D anatomy of greyhound hindlimb

3D files derived from segmented CT scan data from pelvis+hindlimb of greyhound subject used in model and simulations.<br>Includes:1) Mimics (Materialise Inc) segmentations of upper hindlimb bones and muscles, and lower hindlimb bones and muscles.2) 3D STL format objects for all muscles, used to position lines-of-action of muscles in the biomechanical model.3) 3D STL format objects for limb segments, used to estimate inertial parameters for the biomechanical model or to visualize anatomy.

本数据集包含源自灰犬受试者骨盆与后肢的分割CT扫描数据生成的3D文件，用于相关模型构建与仿真实验。具体内容包括：1) 由Mimics（Materialise Inc）软件生成的后肢上段骨骼与肌肉、后肢下段骨骼与肌肉的分割结果；2) 所有肌肉的3D STL格式模型，用于在生物力学模型中确定肌肉的作用线；3) 肢体节段的3D STL格式模型，可用于估算生物力学模型的惯性参数，或用于解剖结构可视化。
