Clupea harengus r16S Blood microbiome Metagenome

For this 16S rRNA-based microbiome analysis, we focused on the blood microbiome of Clupea harengus using a liquid biopsy approach. The goal was to characterize and compare the microbial communities present in the blood across at least three distinct groups of herring populations sampled from different locations in the Gulf of St. Lawrence. This study aims to reveal potential differences in blood-associated microbial profiles, providing insight into host-microbiome interactions and their ecological or physiological relevance in marine fish.

本研究基于16S rRNA（16S Ribosomal RNA）开展微生物组分析，采用液体活检（liquid biopsy）技术路径，聚焦大西洋鲱（Clupea harengus）的血液微生物组。研究目标为对取自圣劳伦斯湾不同采样位点的至少3个独立鲱鱼种群的血液微生物群落进行特征表征与对比分析。本研究旨在揭示血液相关微生物组谱的潜在差异，为解析宿主-微生物组互作关系及其在海洋鱼类中的生态或生理相关性提供理论参考。
