本数据集整合桂枝新加汤中生姜、人参、甘草、大枣、桂枝五味药材的化学成分及其ADME参数、靶标谱，构建“成分-靶标”关联网络，面向益气养阴功效机制解析、经典名方质量标志物发现及中药新药设计提供系统证据。

This dataset integrates the chemical constituents, ADME parameters and target profiles of five medicinal materials, namely ginger, ginseng, licorice, jujube and cassia twig, in Guizhi Xinjia Decoction. It constructs a "component-target" association network, providing systematic evidence for the elucidation of efficacy mechanisms of replenishing qi and nourishing yin, the discovery of quality markers for classic renowned prescriptions, and the design of new traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) drugs.
