Transcriptome of Bacillus anthracis lethal toxin (LT)-intoxicated HUVECs monolayers. Homo sapiens

We have analyzed the variation of transcriptome of HUVECs intoxicated by the lethal toxin of Bacillus anthracis at 4 and 8 hours Overall design: Three experimental conditions with two biological replicates for the control condition corresponding to untreated HUVEC monolayer. RNA were extracted before labeling and hybridizations on Human U133A Plus 2.0 Affymetrix GeneChip

本研究分析了人脐静脉内皮细胞（Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells, HUVECs）经炭疽芽孢杆菌（Bacillus anthracis）致死毒素处理后，于4小时与8小时两个时间点的转录组变化。实验设计：本研究设置3种实验条件，其中对应未处理的人脐静脉内皮细胞单层培养物的对照组包含2次生物学重复。在进行标记与杂交实验前提取RNA，所用检测芯片为人类U133A Plus 2.0 Affymetrix基因芯片（Human U133A Plus 2.0 Affymetrix GeneChip）。
