Coronary Heart Disease Metagenome investigating gut virus communities

We constructed libraries of intestinal samples from coronary heart disease and healthy adult controls utilizing Viral Metagenomics. We analyzed and compared the composition and differences of the two gut virus communities and mined novel viruses from the coronary heart disease intestinal libraries and analyzed their genetic characteristics.

本研究利用病毒宏基因组学（Viral Metagenomics）技术，构建了冠心病患者与健康成人对照的肠道样本文库；随后对两组肠道病毒群落的组成与差异进行了分析比对，并从冠心病患者肠道文库中挖掘得到新型病毒，同时对其遗传特征展开了分析。
