Western Yucatan Channel section time series from mooring data (2018–2021)

Processed, CF-1.10 NetCDF data used to generate Figure 2 of the manuscript. The file contains (i) time–depth fields at the YUC4 mooring site (u, v, relative vorticity, and vertical temperature gradient), (ii) a salinity-index time series used to define event composites, and (iii) gridded section variables (meridional velocity and temperature) sampled across the Yucatan Channel. All variables share the same vertical coordinate (depth, positive down). Time is UTC seconds since 1970-01-01.Note: Raw T–S and Cuban-side mooring data are legally restricted under Canek–Cuba collaboration agreements and are not included here.
