In order to understand the role of Hippo pathway in mice testes, we inactivated lats1/2 in a transgenic mouse model using the cre recombinase system in Sertoli cells. RNAseq analysis on whole e15.5 testes were performed on male mice Overall design: RNAseq gene expression profile for WT (Lats1flox/flox;Lats2flox/flox) and KO mice adrenal glands (Lats1flox/flox;Lats2flox/flox;Amh-cre) (n=3/group)
为探究河马信号通路(Hippo pathway)在小鼠睾丸中的作用,本研究在转基因小鼠模型的支持细胞中利用Cre重组酶系统敲除Lats1/2基因。针对雄性小鼠的完整胚胎第15.5天(E15.5)睾丸开展了RNA测序(RNAseq)分析。
总体设计:野生型(WT,Lats1flox/flox;Lats2flox/flox)与敲除型(KO,Lats1flox/flox;Lats2flox/flox;Amh-cre)小鼠肾上腺的RNA测序基因表达谱(每组样本量n=3)
