To investigate the cell composition and cell-cell interaction in RA and PsA patient inflamed joints Overall design: Following arthrotsopic surgery, single cell suspension of ~15 biopsies per patient were generated. 4 RA and 5 PsA synovial tissue samples are analysed.

为探究类风湿关节炎（RA）与银屑病关节炎（PsA）患者炎性关节内的细胞组成及细胞间相互作用。
实验设计：经关节镜手术获取活检组织后，每例患者的约15份活检样本被制备为单细胞悬液。本研究共分析4份类风湿关节炎（RA）滑膜组织样本与5份银屑病关节炎（PsA）滑膜组织样本。
