本研究通过整合组蛋白H3赖氨酸27乙酰化(H3K27ac)双端NanoChIP-seq、全基因组测序(whole-genome sequencing)、RNA测序(RNA-seq)以及Hi-C技术,以揭示与胃癌相关的致病结构变异。总体实验设计如下:从原发性胃癌(Gastric Cancer, GC)及配对正常组织样本中制备实验材料,构建组蛋白H3赖氨酸27乙酰化双端NanoChIP-seq文库并完成测序,旨在发掘位于受H3K27ac标记的顺式调控元件上的调控性结构变异。
