To clarify the spatial pollution distribution of surface water and sediment in the Yarkant River, Hotan River and Aksu River, and to identify the types of pollutants exceeding the standard in different sections of the three river basins, spectral technology and high-throughput sequencing technology will be used to explore the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of the water body structure and microbial community structure of the three rivers, and then to clarify the complex changing relationships among different indicators, so as to improve the ecological environment suitability of the Tarim River Basin.
为明确叶尔羌河、和田河与阿克苏河地表水体及沉积物的空间污染分布特征,识别三大流域不同河段的超标污染物类型,本研究将采用光谱技术(spectral technology)与高通量测序技术(high-throughput sequencing technology),探究三条河流的水体结构与微生物群落结构的时空分布特征,进而阐明不同指标间的复杂变化关系,以提升塔里木河流域的生态环境适宜性。
