RNA-Seq Analysis of Dose-Dependent TCDD-Elicited Hepatic Gene Expression in Male Mice. Mus musculus

Dose-dependent hepatic gene expression was examined following repeated exposure (every 4 days for 28 days) to 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD). 本数据集针对经2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并对二噁英（2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin，简称TCDD）重复暴露（每4天一次，累计暴露28天）后的剂量依赖性肝脏基因表达情况进行了检测。本次实验所获数据用于探究重复暴露于TCDD对C57BL/6雄性小鼠肝脏基因表达的影响。实验设计概况：各TCDD剂量组（0.01、0.03、0.1、0.3、1、3、10、30）及芝麻油赋形剂组均设置3次生物学重复。
