Melanoma PBMCs 27 Markers CyTOF data 3-15-2024

Peripheral blood was collected from treatment-naïve melanoma patients including both tumor-negative and -positive sentinel lymph node (SLN) as well as healthy donors. The PBMCs from healthy donors (n=8) and melanoma patients with tumor-negative SLN (n=16) and -positive SLN (n=16) were used for CyTOF analysis.

本研究从初治黑色素瘤患者（包含前哨淋巴结（Sentinel Lymph Node, SLN）肿瘤阴性与阳性的亚组）及健康供者中采集外周血。后续选取健康供者（n=8）、前哨淋巴结肿瘤阴性的黑色素瘤患者（n=16）以及前哨淋巴结肿瘤阳性的黑色素瘤患者（n=16）的外周血单个核细胞（Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells, PBMCs），开展飞行时间质谱流式细胞术（CyTOF）分析。
