In order to confirm that porcine respiratory syndrome was caused by Bordetella bronchiseptica. Strain SH04 was isolated from pig with lung infection at four different pig farms (three from the different pig farms and two from the same pig farm) in Shanghai. We sequenced B. bronchiseptica isolated strain, and predicted its virulence factor, drug resistant, and prophage according to annotation information. 为明确猪呼吸道综合征的病原菌为支气管败血波氏杆菌（Bordetella bronchiseptica），研究人员从上海4个不同猪场的感染肺炎病猪体内分离得到菌株SH04，其中3个猪场各分离1株，剩余1个猪场分离2株。本研究对分离获得的该菌株进行测序，并基于基因组注释信息预测其毒力因子、耐药性及前噬菌体（prophage）。本研究旨在为猪呼吸道综合征的临床防治提供理论依据。
