Supporting data for "Trans-scleral electrical stimulation effects in chronic ocular hypertension animal models"

The data were generated from animal studies, aiming to explore the trans-scleral electrical stimulation effects on glaucoma. Applied techniques included ERG test, retinal flat mount, IHC staining, qRT-PCR, HE staining, confocal imaging, etc. Images were analyzed using Image J software. Statistical analysis were performed using SPSS statistics 20. Data were graphed using graphpad prism 8.0.
