Dataset for: DArTSeq data generated from 662 parents of the global breeding program of the International Potato Center

Molecular markers dataset of 662 sweetpotato parents from CIP Peru Breeding platform genotyped using DArTSeq. The single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers were analyzed to develop a low-density highly informative marker set for quality assurance and control in sweetpotato breeding. 本数据集为秘鲁国际马铃薯中心（CIP）育种平台的662份甘薯亲本的分子标记数据集，采用DArTSeq技术完成基因分型。研究针对单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）标记展开分析，旨在开发一套低密度高信息量标记集，用于甘薯育种中的质量保证与质量控制工作。该数据集已被收录于论文《Development of diagnostic SNP markers for quality assurance and control in sweetpotato》的补充数据S1.Data与补充表格S1.Table中。
