We have generated 10x scRNA-seq of ILCs purified from small intestine and colon of WT mice Overall design: Sorted IL7ra+ ILC from 8 week-old mice were analysed in RNA-seq. Each replicate is a pool of 8 mice.

本研究对从野生型（Wild Type, WT）小鼠小肠与结肠中纯化得到的固有淋巴细胞（Innate Lymphoid Cells, ILCs）开展了10x单细胞RNA测序（10x scRNA-seq）。
实验设计概述：从8周龄小鼠体内分选得到的IL7受体α阳性（IL7ra+）固有淋巴细胞被用于本次RNA测序分析，每个生物学重复由8只小鼠的细胞混合而成。
