Genome sequencing of Desulfovibrio diazotrophicus sp. nov., a sulphate reducing bacterium from the human gut

We report the isolation, genome sequencing, and growth characteristics of a sulphate reducing bacterium belonging to the deltaproteobacteria class (QI0027T).
