Escherichia coli transcriptome reorganization caused by nutritional changes

Escherichia coli K-12 BW25113 were cultured in the LB and M63 media. Exponetially growing populations were collected for RNAseq. The culture medium-induced transcriptional changes were analyzed. Overall design: Whole mRNA sequencing of E.coli strain BW25113 growing under the LB and M63 media, respectively.

大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）K-12 BW25113菌株在LB与M63培养基中进行培养。收集指数生长阶段的菌体样本用于RNA测序（RNAseq）。本研究对培养基诱导的转录组变化展开分析。整体实验设计：分别对在LB、M63培养基中生长的大肠杆菌BW25113菌株开展全mRNA测序。
