ITS

This items contains the raw OTU table, from ITS sequences, used to analyze the fungal communities associated with the Crop Wild Progenitors (CWP) of nine of the most important crop species. The project involves a global sampling of rhizosphere and bulk soil of CWPs along environmental gradients (i.e. covering a wide range of conditions).
DB_BS-RS.xlsx file within the Metadata item contains all the necessary information regarding files and the associated metadata.
