WGS, draft genome assembly, and annotation of three diazotrophic A. brasilense strains FP2, FP10, and Hm053. Strains FP2 and Hm058 had functional Nase activity (Nif+) and were thus able to fix atmospheric N2 (Fix+) on maize, whereas strain FP10 was deficient in Nase activity (Nif-) and not able to fix N2 (Fix-).
本数据集涵盖3株固氮巴西固氮螺菌(Azospirillum brasilense,缩写A. brasilense)菌株FP2、FP10与Hm053的全基因组测序(Whole Genome Sequencing,WGS)数据、草图基因组组装结果及基因组注释信息。其中菌株FP2与Hm058具有功能性固氮酶(Nitrogenase,缩写Nase)活性,即固氮酶阳性(Nif+),因此可在玉米植株上固定大气中的氮气,表现为固氮阳性(Fix+);而菌株FP10缺乏固氮酶活性(Nif-),无法完成氮气固定,表现为固氮阴性(Fix-)。
