The aim of this study is to generate gene regulatory networks by analyzing Affymetrix GeneChip expression datasets from four different stages of tomato fruit ripening, Breaker (Br), Turning (Tu), Pink (Pk) and Red Ripe (RR) with the LeMoNe algorithm in order to identify co expression modules and their putative regulatory TFs. 9 samples were analyzed in total, mainly 2 replicates for each developmental stage.

本研究旨在使用LeMoNe算法,分析源自番茄果实成熟4个不同阶段——破色期(Breaker, Br)、转色期(Turning, Tu)、粉红期(Pink, Pk)及红熟期(Red Ripe, RR)的Affymetrix基因芯片(Affymetrix GeneChip)表达数据集,以构建基因调控网络,进而识别共表达模块及其推定的调控转录因子。本次分析共纳入9个样本,每个发育阶段主要设置2次生物学重复。
