HEK293细胞中自身免疫调节因子(Auto Immune REgulator, AIRE)的蛋白表达分析 实验设计概述:本研究共纳入3种细胞系:HEK293-NC,即表达黄色荧光蛋白(yellow fluorescent protein, YFP)的阴性对照细胞系;HEK-AIRE1与HEK-AIRE2,两种由不同单克隆株衍生的自身免疫调节因子蛋白表达细胞系;HEK-AIRE-D312A,在首个PHD锌指结构域(PHD finger)携带D312A突变的自身免疫调节因子蛋白表达细胞系。所有细胞系均完成3次独立重复实验。
