data for SUNS2-ANE paper

Videos, masks, and processing results used in the SUNS2-ANE paper (<i>Accurate Neuron Segmentation Method for One-photon Calcium Imaging Videos Combining Convolutional Neural Networks and Clustering, </i>https://doi.org/10.1038/s42003-024-06668-7).The "data" folder includes the simulated videos used in Figure 2, the motion corrected videos of the Tenaspis dataset that we used in Figure 3, the cropped quarter-sized videos from the CNMF-E paper that we used in Figure 4, and the TUnCaT dataset that we used in Figure 5. The "data" folder also includes our manual segmentations of the videos.Our processing results are in the "results" folder, Users should copy them to the data folder if users want to plot figures without running the processing code themselves.

本数据集包含SUNS2-ANE论文（《结合卷积神经网络（Convolutional Neural Networks）与聚类（clustering）的单光子钙成像（one-photon Calcium Imaging）视频精准神经元分割方法》，DOI: 10.1038/s42003-024-06668-7）中使用的视频、分割掩码及处理结果。其中`data`文件夹收录了论文图2所用的模拟钙成像视频、图3所用的Tenaspis数据集经运动校正的视频、图4所用的源自CNMF-E论文的裁剪后四分之一尺寸视频，以及图5所用的TUnCaT数据集；该文件夹同时包含我们手动标注的视频分割掩码。我们的算法处理结果存储于`results`文件夹中，若用户无需自行运行处理代码即可绘制论文相关图表，可将该文件夹内的内容复制至`data`文件夹。
