SEM image and EDS map of SrTi0.30Fe0.70O3-d powder aglomerate

This dataset contains  image of the SrTi0.30Fe0.70O3-d powder aglomerate with EDS map analysis results. Images were obtained using a PhenomXL (Thermo Fisher Scientific, the Netherlands) scanning electron microscope (SEM) with an accelerating voltage of 10 kV in a high vacuum mode. The chemical compositions of the investigated powder were determined via energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy using an integrated analyser (Thermo Fisher Scientific, 25mm2 SiliconDrift Detector) with an accelerating voltage of 20 kV.

本数据集包含锶钛0.30铁0.70氧3-δ（SrTi₀.₃₀Fe₀.₇₀O₃₋δ）粉末团聚体的扫描电子显微图像及能量色散谱（EDS, Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy）面分析结果。该系列图像通过荷兰赛默飞世尔科技（Thermo Fisher Scientific）生产的飞纳XL（PhenomXL）扫描电子显微镜（SEM, Scanning Electron Microscope）获取，测试采用高真空模式，加速电压为10 kV。所研究粉末的化学组分通过能量色散X射线（EDX, Energy-Dispersive X-ray）能谱法测定，所用集成分析仪配备25 mm²硅漂移探测器（SiliconDrift Detector），分析仪生产商为赛默飞世尔科技（Thermo Fisher Scientific），测试加速电压设定为20 kV。
