This dataset contains the processed transcriptomic data and R implementation code for the study "Integrated transcriptomic identification and validation reveal key autophagy-associated biomarkers in sleep deprivation."The study integrated multiple GEO datasets (GSE33302 and GSE9442) and autophagy-related genes from GeneCards to identify sleep deprivation (SD)-linked biomarkers. Through machine learning algorithms (LASSO and SVM-RFE), three key predictor genes ($CDKN1A$, $HSPA5$, and $NR4A1$) were identified. The dataset includes:Processed Expression Matrices: Integrated and batch-corrected data from mouse models.R Scripts: Full pipeline for differential expression analysis, machine learning selection, ssGSEA immune infiltration, and GSEA.Validation Data: Experimental results from RT-qPCR validation in Sprague-Dawley rat brain tissues (prefrontal cortex and hippocampus) and single-cell RNA-seq localization analysis.These resources are provided to support the reproducibility of the diagnostic model and functional analysis described in the associated manuscript.
