The present invention relates to a film and a hidden switch structure including the same film， a film comprising the following parts: a base layer provided with a transparent material; a first adhesive layer in which an adhesive is applied and laminated to the base layer; a shielding layer laminated on the first adhesive layer and coated with an opaque color， and then laser-machined of a symbol; a second adhesive layer in which an adhesive is applied and laminated on the shielding layer， and a sheet layer laminated on the second adhesive layer and provided with real wood in the form of a thin film so that its visibility is increased: according to the present invention a hidden switch structure including the same film the following parts: a first substrate on which a plurality of LEDs are installed; a second substrate spacedly connected to the first substrate and a touch sensor installed; an injection molded product equipped with a prism at a position corresponding to the inside of the LED and injection molded and laminated on the second substrate so that aesthetics can be increased while increasing a degree of design freedom of a vehicle interior.
