This files are the necessary files to compute all the models and plots that are included in the paper called "Rarity mediates the species-specific response to protection of tropical reef fishes".
env_filt.Rdata; hab_filt.Rdata; fine_habitat.Rdata & socio_filt.Rdata contain all environmental, habitat and socioeconomic covariates per survey ID.
sites_info.Rdata; sites_correct.Rdata; NEOLI_Graham2014.csv; info.Rdata, & Site_Env_Socio_MPA_metadata_AllenAtlas_JB.csv contain all information about the surveys.
fish.Rdata; fish_data.Rdata, & traits.Rdata contain all information about fish occurrences, abundances, biomass and their traits.
