实验设计概述:本研究采用两名独立的原代人肝细胞(Primary Human Hepatocyte, PHH)供体开展RNA测序(RNA-Seq)实验。在感染后第13天,对原代人肝细胞(PHH)进行乙型肝炎病毒感染,随后分别以GS-9620以及经GS-9620处理的人外周血单个核细胞(Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell, PBMC)条件培养液(GS-9620 conditioned media,简称GS-9620-CM)进行处理。
