To analyze candidate genes for resistance to peanut late spot disease, a transcriptome sequencing experiment was designed in this study. At 90 days after sowing the experimental materials, the sensitive materials Baisha 1016 and ICGV86699 were inoculated with the pathogen of peanut late spot disease, and a control experiment was also set up. Collect the inverted two leaves of the main stem treated before inoculation, 1 day after inoculation, and 10 days after inoculation, with 3 biological replicates set for each period/treatment for transcriptome sequencing. The sample naming rule is: material code+period+treatment+repetition. For example, P1_0d_1 represents a repeated sample taken before treatment with Baisha 1016, P2_1d_In_1 represents a repeated sample taken after 1 day of ICGV86699 inoculation treatment, P2_1d_CK_1 represents a repeated sample taken after 1 day of ICGV86699 simulated inoculation (control) treatment, and so on.
