Different subtypes of breast cancer was scored based on proportion of MICA/MICB positive cells. (score 0 (no MICA/MICB expression), score 1 (< 10%), score 2 (10% to 50%) score 3 (51 to 80%) and score 4 (>80%) tumor cells expressing MICA/MICB).

本研究基于主要组织相容性复合体I类链相关蛋白A/B（MICA/MICB）阳性细胞的占比，对不同亚型乳腺癌进行评分。具体评分标准为：评分0表示无MICA/MICB表达；评分1对应表达MICA/MICB的肿瘤细胞占比＜10%；评分2对应10%~50%；评分3对应51%~80%；评分4则代表表达MICA/MICB的肿瘤细胞占比＞80%。
