New molecular resources for population genetic studies in the endangered Centranthus trinervis (= Valeriana trinervis) and assessment of genetic diversity in congeneric species

In this work, we screened the genome of the critically endangered C. trinervis to develop a set of nuclear microsatellite markers (SSRs) for population genetic studies in this and five congeneric species.
