Single dose caffeine protects the neonatal mouse brain against hypoxia ischemia - Flow cytometric data

Caffeine 5mg/kg or phosphate buffered saline given directly after sham operation or brain hypoxia ischemia. Flow cytometric evaluation of brain immune cell content 24h, 72h and 2 weeks after brain injury.

在假手术（sham operation）操作或脑缺氧缺血后即刻，给予5mg/kg咖啡因或磷酸盐缓冲生理盐水（phosphate buffered saline）；于脑损伤后24小时、72小时及2周，采用流式细胞术（flow cytometric）评估脑组织免疫细胞含量。
