Table S1. Summary of sequencing and annotation results

This is the summary of sequencing and annotation results of six <i>Salmonella enterica</i> isolates from fresh produce and agricultural environment in South Korea.Basecalling and demultiplexing were performed using Dorado version 0.9.5. The raw sequence data were filtered using Chopper v. 0.9.2 and then assembled <i>de novo</i> using Flye (v. 2.9.5) with the --nano-corr option.

本数据集为韩国新鲜农产品及农业环境来源的6株肠炎沙门氏菌（*Salmonella enterica*）分离株的测序与注释结果汇总。碱基识别与样本解复用工作采用Dorado 0.9.5版本完成；原始序列数据经Chopper v0.9.2过滤后，使用Flye（v2.9.5）结合--nano-corr参数进行从头组装。
