资源简介：
本数据集为2011-2017年中国医学科学院肿瘤医院直肠癌患者，按照研究入组和排除标准严格筛选，最终入组108例患者，所有患者在治疗前行磁共振检查，影像数据采集于中国医学科学院肿瘤医院图像传输管理系统，提取直肠癌原发灶MR影像组学特征值。
This dataset includes rectal cancer patients from the Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CAMS) between 2011 and 2017. The patients were strictly selected based on the study's inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in a final cohort of 108 patients. All patients underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) prior to treatment. Imaging data were collected from the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) of the Cancer Hospital, CAMS, and radiomic features of the primary rectal cancer lesions were extracted from the MR images.
