Supplementary Information 4: Tryptic Digestion of Candidate 7500

Thirteen trypsinisations of Candidate 7500 material have been attempted using porcine trypsin, with MALDI MS sizing of the resulting fragments. These trypsinisations did not lead to factor identification using the standard tryptic fingerprint databases.

本研究针对候选材料7500，采用猪胰蛋白酶（porcine trypsin）完成了13次胰蛋白酶酶解实验，并通过基质辅助激光解吸电离质谱（Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Mass Spectrometry，MALDI MS）对酶解得到的肽段进行分子量测定。上述所有胰蛋白酶酶解实验均未能通过标准胰蛋白酶肽指纹图谱数据库实现目标因子的鉴定。
