We aimed to detect the mRNA expression levels in HepG2 cells after trasfection with NC RNA, miR-214 mimics or PVT1 siRNAs. Overall design: We detected the mRNA expression levels in HepG2 cells trasfected with NC RNA, miR-214 mimics or PVT1 siRNAs. Whole genome gene expression of these samples was measured using OneArray Plus chips.

本研究旨在检测转染阴性对照RNA（NC RNA）、miR-214模拟物（miR-214 mimics）或PVT1小干扰RNA（PVT1 siRNAs）后的HepG2细胞的mRNA表达水平。实验整体设计：对转染阴性对照RNA、miR-214模拟物或PVT1小干扰RNA的HepG2细胞的mRNA表达水平进行检测，并采用OneArray Plus芯片对上述样本的全基因组基因表达进行测定。
