Constitutive PGR-B expression in PGR positive cells in the mouse drives ovarian neoplasia. To compare the differences between the PGR-B expressing ovarian neoplasia tissue and age-matched wildtype ovaries, microarray analysis was performed. It was concluded that PGR-B expression promoted a tumorigenic signature distinctly different from wildtype ovarian tissue. Overall design: Wildtype and Pgrcre/+PgrBLsL/+ mice were sacrificed at 33 weeks of age. The ovaries were collected for microarray analysis.
小鼠体内孕激素受体阳性细胞中组成型表达的孕激素受体B亚型(PGR-B)可驱动卵巢肿瘤发生。为对比表达PGR-B的卵巢肿瘤组织与同周龄野生型卵巢组织之间的差异,本研究开展了微阵列(microarray)分析。研究结果表明,PGR-B的表达可诱导出与野生型卵巢组织显著不同的致瘤特征谱。整体实验设计:于33周龄时处死野生型小鼠与Pgrcre/+PgrBLsL/+小鼠,采集其卵巢组织用于微阵列分析。
