Bacillus subtilis subtilis RO-NN-1 P1F1 resequencing

Genome resequencing of B. subtilis mutant strain resulting from random recombinations between strains NCIB 3610 and RO-NN-1. Strain is mostly RO-NN-1 (~80%) but the rest includes randomly swapped snippets of NCIB 3610.

本数据集针对通过NCIB 3610菌株与RO-NN-1菌株间随机重组获得的枯草芽孢杆菌（B. subtilis）突变菌株开展基因组重测序。该突变菌株的基因组组成以RO-NN-1为主（占比约80%），剩余部分则包含来自NCIB 3610的随机交换片段。
