Anvi'o profiles per individual

These anvi'o merged profile databases describe the co-assembly of each individual in the Shaiber et al. study.<br>They lend themselves to visualization of co-assembled contigs and their coverages across metagenomes, and reconstruction of genomes from these metagenomes.

本批anvi'o合并概况数据库（anvi'o merged profile databases）针对Shaiber等人研究中的每一个样本完成了共组装分析。该数据库可用于可视化共组装得到的重叠群（contig）及其在各宏基因组（metagenome）中的覆盖度，同时支持从这些宏基因组中重建基因组。
