Transcriptomic profiling of SOX4 knock-down MDA-LM2 cell line resulted in down-regulation of its transcriptional target gene, TMEM2. Overall design: Two independent siRNAs were used to knock down SOX4 in metastatic MDA-LM2 cells. The cells were then subjected to transcripome profiling in comparison to control siRNA-transfected cells.
对SOX4基因敲低的MDA-LM2细胞系开展转录组谱分析,结果显示其转录靶基因TMEM2的表达水平下调。
实验设计:采用两种独立的小干扰RNA (small interfering RNA, siRNA)在转移性MDA-LM2细胞中敲低SOX4基因,随后将转染siRNA的细胞与转染对照siRNA的细胞进行转录组谱分析比对。
