MAGs recovered from publicly available metagenomic samples from the human gut microbiome across diverse eating habits: Ketogenic, Omnivore, Vegetarian, Vegan, and Ancient.MAGs were used during the gSpreadComp study.

宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome-Assembled Genomes，MAGs）取自公开可用的、覆盖不同饮食习惯的人类肠道微生物组宏基因组样本，涵盖生酮饮食、杂食、素食、纯素及古代饮食群体的相关样本。上述MAGs曾应用于gSpreadComp研究中。
