本整编对山西、山东、黑龙江、辽宁四省份的关于森林管理与利用的资料进行了分类整理。其中森林管理部分又分为管理与培育两部分，管理包括机构、赋税、狩猎、林业、法规、灾荒等方面的内容；培育包括植树、栽竹和森林面积等方面的内容；森林利用包括采伐、运输、竹木加工、林产品加工、山蔬、风俗、贸易等内容。
This compilation systematically classifies and organizes materials related to forest management and utilization across four Chinese provinces: Shanxi, Shandong, Heilongjiang, and Liaoning. The forest management section is further subdivided into two subsections: management and cultivation. The management subsection covers aspects including administrative institutions, taxation, hunting, forestry affairs, regulations, natural disasters and famines. The cultivation subsection includes tree planting, bamboo cultivation, forest area and other related contents. The forest utilization section covers harvesting, transportation, wood and bamboo processing, forest product processing, mountain vegetables, folk customs and trade, among other aspects.
