Notes: "chip" is the id identifier of each golden spiny mouse. "Ta" is the average ambient temperature measured at the foraging position (1 to 4) and habitat (bb or ub). "Tb" is the average body temperature measured from the golden spiny mouse. "energy expenditure" and "evaporative water" loss are the metabolic costs of foraging calculated using the endotherm model. "Mass" is the body mass of the golden spiny mouse. "Start.gud" is the estimated amounts of seeds at the position and habitat at the beginning of the hour, estimated by fitting a harvest rate curve to the foraging activity. "Duration" is the amount of time spent at the foraging patch.
