Foraging data

Notes: "chip" is the id identifier of each golden spiny mouse. "Ta" is the average ambient temperature measured at the foraging position (1 to 4) and habitat (bb or ub). "Tb" is the average body temperature measured from the golden spiny mouse. "energy expenditure" and "evaporative water" loss are the metabolic costs of foraging calculated using the endotherm model. "Mass" is the body mass of the golden spiny mouse. "Start.gud" is the estimated amounts of seeds at the position and habitat at the beginning of the hour, estimated by fitting a harvest rate curve to the foraging activity. "Duration" is the amount of time spent at the foraging patch.

备注："芯片号（chip）"为每只金黄刺毛鼠（golden spiny mouse）的唯一身份标识符。"环境平均温度（Ta）"为在觅食位置（1至4号）及生境（bb或ub）处测得的环境平均温度。"平均体温（Tb）"为从金黄刺毛鼠个体测得的平均体温。"能量消耗"与"蒸发失水量"为通过恒温动物模型（endotherm model）计算得出的觅食代谢成本。"体质量（Mass）"为金黄刺毛鼠的体质量。"初始种子储量（Start.gud）"为通过将收获率曲线拟合至觅食活动数据，估算得到的每小时初始时刻对应位置与生境中的种子预估总量。"觅食时长（Duration）"为个体在觅食斑块中停留的总时长。
