Whole genome bisulphite sequencing of 4 human neurological disorders. Overall design: Sequencing of bisulfite converted DNA of brain samples from patient suffering from Down’s syndrome, Dementia of Lewy bodies or Alzheimer''s and Parkinson''s disease.

针对4种人类神经系统疾病的全基因组亚硫酸氢盐测序（Whole genome bisulphite sequencing）。实验设计概述：对患有唐氏综合征（Down’s syndrome）、路易体痴呆（Dementia of Lewy bodies）、阿尔茨海默病以及帕金森病（Parkinson’s disease）患者的脑组织样本中经亚硫酸氢盐转化的DNA进行测序。
