Food web analysis of spider comunity using DNA meta-barcoding. invertebrate gut metagenome

In this study, we focused on spider communities in grassland environments and conducted food web analysis by DNA meta-barcoding for almost all spider species living in the field. We collected spiders throughout the year, except during the winter months, to study the seasonal changes in the food web. By evaluating the food web network for each month, we analyzed the seasonal food web dynamics of the spider community from various network analysis.

本研究聚焦于草原生境中的蜘蛛群落，针对野外栖息的几乎所有蜘蛛物种，采用DNA元条形码（DNA meta-barcoding）技术开展食物网分析。为探究食物网的季节变化特征，我们于全年除冬季外的所有时段采集蜘蛛样本。通过逐月评估食物网网络结构，我们从多维度网络分析视角解析了蜘蛛群落的食物网季节动态。
