Flow cytometry dataset of dexamethasone and immune checkpoint blockade in 4T1-HA breast cancer model

Flow cytometry data were generated to evaluate the effects of dexamethasone alone or in combination with immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) on tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes in the 4T1-HA breast cancer model. Specifically, we assessed the frequency and density of total CD45⁺ immune cells, CD8⁺ T cells, and HA-tetramer⁺ antigen-specific CD8⁺ T cells within tumors, as well as HA-specific IFNγ production after stimulation. These experiments aimed to determine whether dexamethasone potentiates ICB-induced infiltration and functional activity of tumor antigen-specific T cells.
