The data concern the combined effect of diversified Zn(II) content in the diet and Cr(III) supplementation on the content of trace elements such as Cr, Zn, Cu, and Fe in the organs and tissues of Wistar rats (male and female). The in vivo experiment was conducted on Wistar rats randomly assigned to 6 experimental groups with different dietary Zn levels (deficient D, recommended K, excess N) and at the same time supplemented with Cr(III) at doses of 1 and 50 mg/kg for 6 weeks. The study adhered to strict ethical standards for animal research, as approved by the Local Ethical Committee in Poznań, Poland (no. 48/2018). Methods such as microwave digestion and atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) were used.
本数据集涉及饮食中不同锌(Zn(II))含量与铬(Cr(III))补充剂联用对Wistar大鼠(雌雄均有)器官及组织中铬(Cr)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)等微量元素含量的联合影响。体内实验以Wistar大鼠为研究对象,将其随机分为6个实验组,各组饮食锌水平不同(缺乏组D、推荐组K、过量组N),同时分别以1 mg/kg和50 mg/kg剂量补充Cr(III),持续6周。本研究遵循严格的动物研究伦理标准,并获得波兰波兹南地方伦理委员会批准(编号48/2018)。研究采用了微波消解和原子吸收光谱法(AAS)等方法。
