南方菜用大豆审定新品种品质、抗病鉴定数据库,大豆籽粒蛋白质、脂肪含量测定采用Infratec 1241近红外光谱谷物分析仪测定,大豆收获后取适量大豆籽粒置于样品槽中,用透射方式扫描获得大豆籽粒样品的近红外吸收光谱图,利用已构建的近红外检测模型获得样品籽粒蛋白质和脂肪数据,此外利用大豆抗花叶病毒标准进行品种抗性鉴定。

Quality and Disease Resistance Identification Database of Approved New Southern Vegetable Soybean Varieties. The protein and fat contents of soybean grains are determined using an Infratec 1241 near-infrared spectroscopy grain analyzer. After harvesting the soybeans, an appropriate amount of soybean grains is placed into the sample cell, and the near-infrared absorption spectrum of the grain samples is collected via transmission scanning. The protein and fat data of the samples are then obtained using the pre-established near-infrared detection model. Additionally, variety resistance identification is conducted based on the standards for soybean resistance to soybean mosaic virus.
